By accessing or using BONK Radio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BONK Radio is a platform that allows users to listen to X Spaces and earn BONK tokens as rewards for verified listening time. The Service requires users to connect a Solana wallet and optionally link their X account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must not share your wallet private keys with anyone
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Rewards and Tokens

  • BONK token rewards are distributed based on verified listening time
  • Reward rates may change at any time without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program
  • Tokens have no guaranteed monetary value
  • We are not responsible for any loss of tokens due to wallet issues or blockchain failures

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to artificially inflate listening time
  • Create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BONK Radio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including X, Solana blockchain, and Jupiter exchange. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONK RADIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TOKENS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BONK Radio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
